I'd probably mount running lights with 12V only...

I'd probably mount running lights with 12V only to the rear of the box since that would be simple. You've already got the higher lights for braking, turning, etc.

You could get some quotes for having a fiberglass...

You could get some quotes for having a fiberglass shop build one locally, then compare that to ETI price plus freight. Then you could have stainless hardware instead of the rusty latches...
