I drilled 3 holes per light, two were for the screws, which also when into the cabinet framing, and the third for the wires was just big enough for the three wires. I used silicone on the holes, plus...

Yeppers, for some it is desired, for others not needed. As I have mentioned before, I might reconsider if ever going on multi-month trips possibly, and needed added storage capacity.

I say skip the front box, as there is a ton of storage, but as you can see, folks differ on this. :)
