What is the reasoning behind running a fridge on 12V, rather than propane when not connected to 120V?

Other that a desire to use the fridge on 12V, do you anticipate ever needing more capacity...

$620 USD is $817 CAD. Unless you wanted to put in the effort for some special type way to mount, for me it would be a no brainer to go with the Escape installation.

I am thinking that maybe removing the gelcoat in the area to be bonded might help, with the resin adhering to the resin, but really, the resin should bond to the gelcoat quite good.
