What's the tongue weight ratings for these...

What's the tongue weight ratings for these receivers on the 4 runner? Don't believe changing the receiver will add anything to that capacity.

I see very little difference between the 2 as far as capabilities, I'd pick the more comfortable.
Both are 3500 lbs, if you're open to trading one of them in go ahead and go with the 19 and see how...
