I would agree to get any wiring you may want down...

I would agree to get any wiring you may want down the road done now, like the TV antenna/amp, stereo, and backup camera. It's worth the fee to not have to run your own cables should you decide to use...

For those who install shelves in the closet, where do you put tall items like a broom?

If anyone is interested, we did find that items fall off the hangers on bad roads, ran into Sta-Put hangers...

I can try and answer a few of them.

We have the Jack but have yet to go with a TV. Use the laptop with a standalone DVD and blueray speakers. We did get prewire for stereo.
