I think it will fit under rear dinette bench, which has nothing but Escape installations anyway. Should be able to secure it so that nothing else gets beaten up by it.

Thanks Donna. That looks exactly like what I need. We hauled a 3,500 lb. jack in our Scamp 19 and wanted something lighter. Looks like it would be much easier to use. I too hope to never use it.
