I thought that the solar panel kits use 'well nuts' so that you just have to penetrate the fiberglass and not the head-liner.
Is there no air space between the fiberglass and the head-liner?

I agree with Ron. Ask ETI to quote on the labour when you supply the panel.
But, do you really need a bigger panel? I used to do OK with a 50 watt panel.
It was just the furnace that defeated me....
