First. A 120mm fan isn't going to push enough air to make any difference. All it does it create an air dam in the thermal air flow path - and that's one of the reasons that the thermal fuse blows.

Adding fans will not fix the fridge heat problem but make the situation worse. Do a search for the Texas fans and look at all the fridge failures that happened in the past due to them.
