Well....here it is!

This first unit belongs to Cathy....on her order sheet the order date is September 2008!!! :o Thanks for being patient with us!

Well....here we go!!! The molds were pulled apart this week and are now all polished and waxed! Monday we begin a new chapter!

Well....the top mold is complete. As you can see, it has been rolled over and ready to finish the bottom. It looks like it needs a lot of work....but it should only be a few days before it is shiney...

If you notice the bump in the mold photo (orange) this is where the maxx fan will sit. The original spot was as shown in the first two photos. It had to be moved farther back on the roof to provide...
