If you contact ETI I'm sure they can provide you with a E19 classic plumbing diagram for the proper tubing needed to get your pump working and your water system functioning.

Oops, my mistake, the water pump in #2 has been disconnected, it is not an accumulator tank. Where did you acquire this unit and from whom? It looks to be stripped down of some basic items.

I'll try to help here, the 1st picture appears to be an inverter switch where your 12v is converted to 120v, you will need to determine if only one outlet is impacted or all the trailer outlets....
