I see you found it, that is the one I bought. I have purchased from them for another "Egg" which was sold with the cover. I was quite pleased with the product.

The Coleman 9200 Polar Cub will operate off a 2000 watt Yamaha, the bigger 11,500 Dometic can operate off the 2000 watt generator but you will need a "soft start" system installed, Reace can advise....

I think I would have gone with the 2 dinettes, one in front and one in rear with the slider table in front and hinged table in rear and both dinettes would be u-shaped. This in addition to everything...
