I believe they are model specific, i.e. on the 19 with the front dinette without any tanks underneath versus 21 with rear tank issue.

A suggestion for those getting the "U" dinette in the 21', ask ETI to install the converter on the side where the furnace is no longer located, it will give you more open storage space under the rear...
