Mine do not seem to go all the way up. On the 15 they came up to nearly level. Is there some setting for that? I"ll have to get a picture and see if they are normal.

They are stabilizers, not levelers.

Try going the wrong way first. For some reason mine will do that and a slight turn the wrong way seems to unlock it. They don't always do it so I don't think it...
