Thanks for this information. Did you look at the Rolling Hills Casino parking lot when you came past? There's a big parking area for rigs and that's a stop we might consider.

The Siskiyou pass is only 4,000 feet so not super high. We have been over the pass at this time of year several times with no issue. Providing you don't dawdle over the pass, its not cold long enough...
