I thought Leon had a vast knowledge of mechanical parts and I would have to ask him what that is. Something that of course we needed also. And would have to buy from Camping World (hubby added).

That is possible. I wonder what numbers of 17's they are selling compared to the others. It could also be the percentage of 17's ordered with A/C. I think 17's are still very popular but no telling...

Once ETI has told you that there is a mounting problem that needs to be corrected, then I doubt they are going to want to give you...

I still do not know what we are seeing in the photos. Is that fiberglass all torn up? Is the black the epoxy or just dirt?

If the gel coat pulled off, that's a whole different thing. Wonder if anything can be done and whether there have been other panels lost that way. They will have to find out from Reace.
