I noticed the other day that there is a new video on the ETI site. Is it the same video in the Files section here? Or is the one in Files the video that I did in 2008 ( also up on YouTube )?

I think the most important thing about hitching and unhitching is to do it all yourself, to do it the same way and always complete the procedure before stopping to take a pee.

I would make unhooking the safety chains my last step, after chocking the wheels and releasing the ball.

This is the How To video starring Tammy. It explains a lot of what you need to know about your Escape trailer. It is about 18 mos. old so some things may have changed.

Reace installed the equalizer hitch on the trailer frame and adjusted it, and then showed me how to connect to the vehicle. It's pretty simple really. You just drop the hitch on the ball and crank it...
