Got word from Escape today that the tires they use are made by Carlisle, on both style of rims. No further information provided.

I will check with them in March and see what the flavour of the day is...The picture in post 56 is on an aluminium rim and that could easily come from a completely different supplier than Dougs steel...

Also the tires they use on the aluminum rims may be different than the ones they use on the steel rims...could depend on the supplier...so that needs to be asked as well.:-[

Interesting...the hwy 40 mins east of the Escape...

Interesting...the hwy 40 mins east of the Escape factory is 120 kilometres per hour...or approximately 75 miles per hour. It continues at that speed for 3 hours until I reach home here in Kelowna....
