this GFCI was /in/ the outside outlet so I suspect it only monitors that outlet. but interetsing, the inside kitchen outlet SAYS gfci but I don't see any test/reset buttons on it, so maybe it /is/...

ahhh, stupid me, indeed it is (I didn't bend down far enough to see it behind the flap before). and in fact, the reset button was out, so I reset it, then I cycled the breakers on the breaker panel...

outside power outlet seems dead?

I was getting my shopvac out to vac one of my cars, and the handiest outlet was the one on the Escape (which is plugged in), but I got no power out of that outlet?!? All breakers on the WFCO seem...
