a Tahoe is a short wheelbase Chevy 1500 pickup chassis with an SUV body. the Suburban is a longer wheelbase version.

I've heard the leather seats from a 4Runner Limited will bolt right up to the Tacoma floor pan, just need to run wiring for any power seat features.

I had no issues with the cloth seats in my 2008...

note the newer 4runners are trending more and more towards soft suspension and comfortable ride at the expense of towing capacity and payload.

how about a Ford Expedition. or Chevy Tahoe SUV ?...

how about a Ford Expedition. or Chevy Tahoe SUV ? both are based on the F150/Silverado truck series, and should make fine towing machines for the 4600-4800 lb max of a Escape 21.
