Good luck finding any sort of parts for a champion generator a few years after it was made. You can get just about every part for every Honda ever made from most any small motors workshop.

the downside of propane is less power. a 2000VA generator thats 1700 watts on gasoline might only be 1300 watts on propane. that can be the difference between air conditioning and no air...

you're far more likely to be able to get repair parts for the Honda than the Champion, a few years after its made.
