I found the sticker....but it was painted over by...

I found the sticker....but it was painted over by the PO.��
No stamp on axle but found this # stamped on the articulating ends
69-47CL
Google search shows nothing for that number.
I will measure...

How to know what axle ?
Torflex #9 or #10?
