We stopped at the KOA at Lava Springs on the way to Osoyoos in 2014, loved the train views and sounds.

Oh yes forgot about the trains ... kids were going nuts counting all the cars .. i guess that may be a minus if you are a Train Crazy family like us

The polit. correct phrase is "Rail Enthusiast".

Nice that it's a family thing. My kids only frown at me when
in the vicinity of trains. My wife has no excuse: we chased trains on dates before marriage.
