Plastic bits and 303 fail

Got Aurora Borealis out of storage yesterday and was surprised to see that the escape hatch and various hatch clips had turned a lovely shade of nicotine yellow over the course of winter. Trailer was in covered storage with no UV exposure and religious use of 303 last summer. Strange that one of the plastic hatch clips on the side of the trailer that gets the most sun is still nice and white. Krylon Dover White is in my future. Scott

Were there gas discharge lights like mercury vapor or metal halide ( sodium for instance ) lights or florescent lights on the yellowed side?
It's not a large amount but they do emit some UV and it can do a number on a lot of plastics.
