We went with that faucet ( it swings totally out of the way) and a deeper sink so we can bathe our pup and our Grand babies
(Not together though)

We ordered the faucet from faucetdirect.com. We have a small microwave that will go u set the stovetop.

It's an ultraleather that should wear well with kids and my pups.
I found it on Ebay for only $17 a yard 
The cushions look a bit wrinkled.... Really hope that it was just set in bad and not sewn that way.

Well I now have 4 wheels, a refrigerator, microwave, a furnace, speakers, captain's lights, and a bed platform. Things are progressing fast! The truck & a U Haul are packed - I'm leaving for Chilliwack in the morning.
