I agree Donna!!! And post their itinerary so that those of us who are planning trips have an idea as to where to go.

Jim, I chuckled when I saw your 15' nestled between McMansions on wheels. As long as they don't hinder our rear window view and we have access to beach, life is good.

We found ourselves in a similar situation in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jim, since we'll be passing through your neck of the woods, if you have any suggestions on places to stay on our drive back from Chilliwack, BC would be much appreciated. This is our first time camping out of a travel trailer and are as green as it comes on just about everything.

This is near Meziadin Junction near the BC/Alaska border a couple weeks ago. The rear window had "bug decor" so I am standing outside to get the lake picture. A great provincial campsite that even had power..
The young grizzly we saw three days in a row, three bears--two young 2 year olds and a shy mama-so great watching them fish.

Slowly working our way to northeastern North Carolina for Thanksgiving with our daughter's family. Ten days since we left home, and only 500 miles traveled.
First stop was Foscue Creek COE campground in Alabama.

Enjoying our Escape

Most of this month we have been traveling down the South Carolina and Georgia coast. We're currently at the Flamingo CG, Everglades NP. With the 90 degree temps, the a/c is presently our most favorite option . After leaving here, plan to spend another few weeks in Florida before returning home sometime in January. It's been fun!

Don & Cheryl-- How did you like camping at Skidway Island SP? I'm considering camping there on my next trip to Savannah.

Beautiful. The pic of the Spoonbill and the Heron belong on a Calendar.

Very nice photos! While I wish it was in the 90's here, at least we are above freezing. No white Christmas for Oswego.

Skidaway was very nice, large sites, many of them drive-through. About 15 minutes from downtown Savannah, one of our favorite cities.

What a lot of wonderfully beautiful photographs here and in such great places. My excitement for getting going and seeing our own novel places is nearly through the roof.
