That rack looks like a CCM-branded version of the SportRack 2 Bike Locking Platform Hitch Rack
. I have an earlier and very similar version of this SportRack, and I wouldn't recommend the one I have. I chose it because the design lent itself to adaptation for a non-bike item I needed to carry, but that design has some problematic features. The top-tube hooks are not quick to secure and interfere with each other, those top-tube hooks are the only the part holding the bike down, and the secondary strap is awkward.
Fortunately, the new version has an improved folding feature which gets the rack out of the way of a hatch (unlike mine), although only when not loaded (when used on the tug - not relevant when it's on a trailer or my motorhome). The clamps for the hooks have changed to ratchet and to lock, so they might be better than my handwheel clamps.
I suggest considering the shape of your bike frame to see if the top hook will work well, keeping in mind that the hook is always in the middle, but the adjustable wheel trays can be shifted somewhat side-to-side.
