Memory foam topper for 2014 Escape 21' mattress

Our 2014 Escape 21' has been very comfortable, except for the mattress. It's not terrible, but we like it less and less as each night goes by on a long trip.

We bought a Chinese-made memory foam topper two years ago, but as soon as we opened it we realized that out-gassing from the foam would go on for a long time, so we returned it unused.

A couple of weeks ago we were in the Fred Meyer store in Astoria, OR, and saw a Sealy 1.5-inch topper that is made in the USA. We bought it, and love it. Any out-gassing that's going on is undetectable to me, and we are both sleeping better and have none of the back soreness we were getting from multiple nights on the original mattress.

The cost was $40, and it fits the bed in the 21' very well. I believe Sealy makes a 2" topper as well, but that wasn't an option at that store.

Rgb, the memory foam topper we bought is 54" wide by 80" long, and fits the stock mattress in the Escape 21' very well.

Again, it's made by Sealy, and is available at Fred Meyer in the USA and probably at other outlets, perhaps including Amazon online.
