5.0 Taillight Replacement sealant ?

Can someone point me to the correct type of sealant or butyl tape on Amazon to use on the long rear taillight of a 5.0? A few of the LED bulbs inside the assembly were not working when we bought the camper, I purchased a new taillight earlier this year that I have yet to install. Thanks in advance!

If you cannot find proflex caulk (what ETI uses), you might use "through the roof".

Both our 5.0 taillights fell away from the body (wires held them) before we got home from picking the trailer up in Chilliwack (no sealant used, though Reace subsequently assured me "they always caulk the tailights"). I used a partial open tube of this caulk I already had (purchased from our local Ace Hardware), and it has held up well. I also added screw clips inside the fiberglass shell (also from a local hardware store; the screws had stripped out of the fiberglass). Reace suggested just using larger diameter screws, but I thought this was impractical, as I found that I would have had to try to drill/enlarge the holes in the tailights to do this. ETI sent me a tube of proflex.

My 11 inch rear LED strips were losing leds so I replaced all with ones bought from Amazon. Love them. Now to your question. Being high tech here, I used DAP caulking with silicon. I figured if works for my house, why not my trailer? And I had a tube in the shop...
