Fat bikes are FUN!
Ah, suck it up, Buttercup! LOL

It will likely be an inflatable canoe for me, easier to keep the beer on board.

Got a hold of Husky Mftg who makes a 5th wheel tailgate assembly that also has a camera attachment. When asked if the camera could be mounted on the bed side, to monitor the hitch hookup, the response was "yes" it could be mounted elsewhere, of course at your own risk. The gate and camera is on sale for around $600 right now. I'm going to go with the Andersen 5th wheel set up so my total outlay will still be less than what the locals wanted for a hitch alone.

I always try to keep our camping as easy and as simple as possible. Heck one of the reasons I cruise this forum is to see what others come up with.
Don't be sorry ... we all learn from each others posts/experiences. BTW, we are very happy with our iBall Hitch Camera (iBallhitchcam.com - iBall Wireless Trailer Hitch Camera) Can even place it on the ground, next to the trailer, to view the wheel placement on the chocks.
