Yes, almost all of them, other than those (sometimes optional) disk setups in the largest premium models. The Lil Snoozy is quite unusual; the other well-known exception was the T@b as it was built by Dutchmen (which has Euro-type mechanical surge brakes).

Snoozy brakes

The reason Snoozy has surge brakes it's built on a Galvanized boat trailer using what boat builders use for most of their trailers . When they first came out they had surge disc brakes in 2012 ,then went to drums in 2013 with a 4 pin design just like most boat trailers .I wish Snoozy had kept the disc design but it needs a 5 pin for a solenoid lock out in reverse .
