I had outside shower on our previous TAB trailer and loved it so much we got one our new Escape 17B. We boondock a lot and its wonderful to at least wash your hair with. Using the outside shower also saves space in your holding tank. I remember one long travel day and camping in Death Valley, my outside shower that night was exquisite! It all depends on your life style on the road.

Thanks to all for your input on the shower, it really helped to see the pictures and have the voices of experience. I'm so excited to be joining the group of people that own an "Escape"- it reaffirms our great decision

we don't own an Escape (yet) but we do own a Casita... and we got the outdoor shower option on it... and we don't use it a bunch, but when we do use it ... it is AWESOME.

recommended.

Hi Carl,

Thank you very much for attaching the picture of the non-default outside shower location.

Not sure if this was true on your build, but currently ETI will install the outside shower on a 21 in 2 locations, non-door side/Driver side, front corner(the default), or where you have it installed, Door side, passenger rear corner.

It really helps to have a picture of the non-default location.

Another option to the build sheet.......cha-ching.

I wanted to let folks know regarding what is on the new outside shower on our new 21that we picked up in July- a quick disconnect with a hose nozzle. It's pretty cheap. Ok if you want to wash the car, but lousy if you want to take a shower. I now need to find a shower head that will fit on the hose bib end that the hose nozzle screws on to.

If you mean garden hose thread, that's 3/4" (with an oddball thread pitch of 11.5 TPI). That's quite different from (and much larger than) the thread normally used to attach shower heads to shower hoses.
