I also experienced trouble, furnace wouldn't light without shore power, but lit when I had ac power. I was blaming it on low voltage, but it turned out the propane pressure was set too low. If I didn't have shore power the fridge was on propane lowering the pressure to the point where furnace wouldn't catch. When plugged in fridge was on ac and furnace would light.

Definitely voltage,needs a min.of 9.75 to 10.25 to fire blower motor
U should also check output on converter with battery disconnected to see if the converter failed.

Travel Trailer essentials. I saw this on Amazon and bought a spare just to keep in my Escape. It has all I need to diagnose for only $30.
That's a nice set of electrical test equipment.

The only thing extra that's handy for those of us that are do mods, I have found this to be invaluable for finding hidden wiring.

That'll go a long way towards giving you the ability to pinpoint a problem quickly.

I took Latin two years and typing. Many times over the years in my parks and recreation career I typed Salis populi suprema lex. The people’s safety is the highest law. Also Post hoc ergo proctor hoc and Veni Vidi Vici.
Didn’t get much out of vocal music though. I could already sing.

That's interesting to hear. I'm a little surprised because the amount of propane used by the fridge is miniscule but I guess if the regulator is marginal that might be what makes the difference.

Too bad we haven't had an update from the OP. My money was always on low voltage but now I'm not so sure.
