rbryan4,
When I searched IGA in Sumas my searches turned up what appeared to be a grocery store chain. What type of facility is IGA?

I suggest you google Bromleys market IGA border and customs. My hit on this search told me everything I wanted to know about crossing the border and about storage of anything a person would not intend to take into Canada. Personally I am a close quarters hatchet man myself. Never gets a hassle.

States and the feds consider an RV as a domicile. Leave it inside and you're fine. Little to no reason to pack unless one spends much time camping in Detroit.

This is a diversion, but I'd really like to know more about the three day supply of food. Can that be a new thread?

3 days of food

Does the 3 days include to-go helpings of poutine?
Last trip across the border going North the only comment from the delightful lady was that we may want to sign our freshly renewed passports before returning US.
