Sharkbite
I want to install a shutoff valve for the commode in my 2016 21'. I plan to use the Sharkbite pushon fitting but not sure what size to use. Any help out there? Thanks.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I believe all the PEX plumbing in the trailers is 1/2”.

That was one of my early mods. I understand that the toilet valve is prone to failure and if so, having the shutoff makes the repair easier and less immediate.

I did the same but used the pex crimper, a bit of a tight squeeze on the 5.0TA.

I just used a couple of those for a shower stall mod. at home. Up between floor joists, tight spot, couldn't have gotten my pex crimper in there. They worked perfectly.

What is the difference between the valve referenced by rubicon 327 and the 1/2 in. Brass Push-to-Connect Slip Ball Valve? Which should be used in the 21'?

I believe we are talking about the same thing. I linked a Sharkbite brand Brass Push-to-Connect Ball Valve.

The difference is that you don't have to use crimp rings and a crimper in a tight space.
