Snap on lower front rock guard
Our 2013 Escape 19 does not have a front storage box, so it has snap-on front "naugahyde" lower rock guards.
One of them mysteriously disappeared and the other is showing the miles and needs replaced. Problem is, I can't seem to get a call-back from ETI about purchasing new ones.
Anybody found a source for these? Candy could do the job...but this requires a new sewing machine!

I bet there are some owners who have added front storage boxes or otherwise protected the front and don't use them. Maybe they would be willing to sell/give them to you.

Perhaps a boat/marine repair source because boats also use some snap on covers,,,,,

Find a boat canvass shop along the lake....they will make those in no time.

I was hoping to get new ones, but I am not sure they make the same size anymore for my 2009, and they cover the extra hatches that I had put in for outside reachable storage. I have not received a callback for my propane tank cover…..and that was over 2weeks ago….

The propane tank cover is more or less standard issue at a RV supply place as are the snap covers are used on boats...

Sometime I hope to get rid of those ugly off colour protective pads that trap dirt behind them and apply some clear sheet vinyl type rock guard to the front.
You may want to shop around and see who applies that stuff in your area.

I appreciate your help. As of today, no response….I will try West Marine and perhaps save a shipping fee.😁

I wonder if there is such a thing as a spray-on clear coat kind of like a truck liner….?

Our 2010 also lost one of the rock guards on a wickedly windy highway stretch in Arizona. This is what I did to replace. But first, don’t look to the Mother Ship across the border for help. They can’t do that for this project.
I went to an auto upholsterer with the remaining rock guard and pictures of the snaps on the Escape side missing the guard. I took in a butcher paper pattern with measurements between snaps.
This pattern was the reverse of the remaining guard ( I told him that.) Between the pics of the trailer, the measurements and the pattern, the upholsterer made an excellent copy of the missing piece. Before putting in the final lower snaps, he sent me home with the incomplete guard and marks where he figured the snaps should be so I could double check the fit.
The resulting guard was perfect (!) and since the original non-missing guard looked pretty tattered, I had him make a new one for that side as well. I was ecstatic. To top it off, he only charged me $100 for both. The whole process took two weeks. This being California pre-pandemic, YRMV where you are.
I wish you luck. If I can help in some way, let me know. I’m happy I can return some of the advice and solid information everyone here has offered me in the past.
