Direct replacement. On mine, at least, no change to igniter or wiring. Careful to mark and photos of all wires before disconnecting made installation easier.

Following up, new upper and lower circuit boards...

Following up, new upper and lower circuit boards from PDXRV in Portland solved the problem. Nice to get both boards that are designed to work together, easy install and satiflying result.

Sharing battery replacement info FWIW on 17B

On the 17B I replaced the rear bumper mounted battery with a 120ah valve regulated AGM battery. The thing of note, I think is this 85 lb battery fits into the existing battery box.

My wet lead...

A friend's car stored here has Rid-A-Rat installed. So far, so good. Rope lights around vehicles and trailers seems to be standard at Arizona campgrounds we've visited. Hoods open common as well.
