It would not occur to me to use 3/8" drive tools...

It would not occur to me to use 3/8" drive tools to loosen or tighten wheel nuts, although this light stuff can be handy for spinning the nuts on or off before final tightening or loosening with 1/2"...

You can get run-flat tires with suitable load...

You can get run-flat tires with suitable load rating that would work well on the trailer if you want... they just won't be ST tires. They'll also be expensive, heavy, and have high rolling resistance...

Eric mentioned the built-in safety stands on the trailer: the stabilizing jacks. I would add there there are four of them, and at least two would help when either side of the trailer is jacked up....
