On the backside of the wheel hub there should be a rubber plug near the bottom. That is the access for the brake adjustment star wheel. You can insert a screw driver to click the adjustment wheel up...

If you can spin the wheel I think it isn't an immediate concern. If the brake drum is too hot to touch after driving down the highway then it is a concern.
