Just couldn't figure out. We just have our wood hanging paper holder and when we travel put a IKEA Velcro strap around so paper towels don't unwind. Very nice woodwork and you solved a problem . Pat

The 4 larger holes that appear to go all the way through maybe drain holes ? The 3 smaller holes on the backside are to screw to ,attach coming from the back of the piece of Oak ? Pat
