In the manual Ford describes 3 possible spares, T-type mini-spare which is for temporary use only,...

I am going to have to check. All my past Superduty trucks had a full spare, and when I took mine out to install the gooseneck hitch it appeared to be a regular tire.

Why would the spare not work for towing? I know my spare does not have the same rim size, but the diameter is the same, and can be used for towing, no problem.
