As far as electric water heating goes, this is the first trailer I have had it in, and actually have used it very little, as we are mostly off grid. Yeah, that's our excuse. ;D

I even installed a switch and an indicator light in the trailer for easy disconnect and to know instantly that it is on. None of this matters if you power it up without water though. ;)

Make certain that there is water in the tank when turning the electric heater element on. ;D

The first trip of the year was early spring, and as we were just parking on a friends acreage, hooked...
