Do you also think the trailer manufacturer is responsible to ensure the steps are safe when the trailer is parked on the edge of a cliff?

The distance from the bottom step to the ground depends on the lay of the land. I had to use two lego blocks under the passenger side wheel to level the trailer, which raised the step a couple...
