Well, the furnace has a 'lifetime lubricated' bearing. Never lube because you can't.
Works for its lifetime; not yours. Mine was replaced under warranty.

I only have two wheels, but I paid $67 CDN for the same maintenance. Adjusting the brakes is a five minute job.

I think it's municipal. In North Van here you aren't allowed to use it, but you can buy it at Rona, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Home Hardware.
I bought some, but swear, I do not use it.

Also had grease all over my tires and wheels from enthusiastic use of a grease pump.
