The warranty had expired only days before we discovered problem with awning operation.
Local shop attempted to order new motor from Dometic. The motors are out of stock and RV Service Shop can not place an order for one until they restock them. They said they have been having a difficult time getting parts, especially awning parts.
Sent note to ETI with hope they may be able to get one for us.
Ironically, when we bought it from original owner and I spotted power awning I thought “That’s going to be trouble.”

Just something that you might want to check. On my trailer, the power to the electric awning was run in common with the range top vent fan and light, the outside light, and a 12v outlet all on one 14 gauge circuit.
The awning is suppose to be on a dedicated fused 15a circuit. That makes sense as running the range vent fan and the awning motor at the same time is too much current for that circuit. High current leads to high voltage drop and low voltage at the motor which shortens the motor's life.
From 9500E installation manual...
"Connection to power supply MUST be on a separate (15 A) circuit.
Power supply MUST provide a minimum of 11 Vdc at awning motor for correct awning operation."
I ran a separate 12 gauge wire pair to the awning and landed it on a spare 15 amp fuse.
