Pex crimp tool
A quick search of topics didn't turn up anything on this. I have a leaky crimp on the pex line going to my outside water. What kind of crimp is it and tools do I need?

There are a couple of different ring devices for PEX. Escape uses solid rings, but it is less expensive to replace one with a Cinch Clamp (the Cinch Clamp tool is less expensive). Another advantage of the Cinch Clamp system is the crimper only butts with the clamp rather than having to go around it. Works better in tight corners. Here is a video that shows how to cut & crimp either system.

Escape uses copper crimp rings on all their fittings.
I bought this one.

I had a leak on the fitting that feeds the toilet on my 19. While I have clamp PEX tools, I had to rent a ring tool at Menards to fix it. Unfortunately, I could not access the ring with the toilet in place, so I had to remove the toilet first. It did seem to solve the problem.

If you want to repair it yourself, the kit Tom linked to has both the cutter & crimper. You would also need to purchase a bag of 1/2" rings. Again, if there is no room to put the crimping tool around the plumbing, a Cinch Clamp tool & a bag of 1/2" cinch clamps is an alternative.
Hopefully, there is enough slack so you can cut the PEX 1/2" or so away from the fitting. If not, you will need a splice fitting and some 1/2" PEX.
Since the crimping tool is a bit expensive, you might try to borrow one. I'd lend you my cinch clamp tool & a cinch clamp if you were here in Oswego...

Easiest thing might be to drive up to any local plumbing shop and see if they can do it on the spot. Shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to recrimp a ring, including time to walk out to the parking lot.

And that is exactly what I would do if I didn’t have the right tools, parts, and experience.
Of course the minimum charge for a parking lot call is $$$$$$.

And that is the reason I bought the crimper kit from Amazon. $64 and I have all the tools I need to do any size crimp on the trailer or my house plumbing. A service call makes that kit really cheap in comparison.
If I thought I would only have one PEX crimp to do - I would go to a builder supply and rent the tool.

I believe ETI changed over to the crimp rings at least that is what is on my 2018 5.0 TA. Calling a local plumber to your location would solve two things. Fix the problem and they can teach you how to do all in one shot.
As recommended, buy the crimp tool and rings for future repairs or projects.

In the past when doing home renovations I have had occasion to rent a crimping tool from Home Depot, they charged about $10 for that service. After doing that several times I ended up buying my own crimping tool and have used it many times.

I had the same issue. The quick fix...JB Weld...slather it all over the broken connection.
Reace sent me the new parts and I bought a crimper. But the JB Weld is still holding.
Just saying..

LOL. JB weld is like bailing wire to a farmer. You can fix anything.
