Saturday morning fun for all rally participants.
Myself, my wife Lisa, my brother David and SIL Trish will be hosting a Saturday Breakfast. This will be a fun gathering to start the day. The doors will open at 7:00AM to accommodate those heading to the golf tournament, and anyone who enjoys socializing during this great time of day.
We will be supplying all the goods needed to make pancakes and French toast. We will also set up the kitchen and prepare this food.
We are looking for a few small offerings from others, like yummy syrup or jelly/jam, and maybe some fruit to go on top as well. In the past we have had some wonderful items supplied. Open to thoughts and ideas too.
One thing we do need is a person or couple to be in charge of supplying and making of the coffee, as Barry and Cindy who have done this in the past unfortunately will not be there this year. They have been so kind as to supply me with a list of what they used and how they set it up. Nk’Mip will supply a 100 cup percolator, but we will also need a couple about 30 cup units supplied for continued brewing in order to keep the large one topped up, so if anyone could supply one or both of these that would be great.
We could also use a couple general helpers as needed for keeping things in order and maybe a bit of cleanup, but this will be a fairly fun and easy task. This could be a shared task by a few in short spurts. In the past we have never suffered from a lack of help with so many good people in one place.
We very much look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones at the rally!
