Question about Log In Timeout on Forum

There have been two times when I have been automatically logged out while drafting a post. What is the default timeout and is there an option to increase the auto timeout duration?

I don't know the default log-out time but if you check the "Remember Me" box when you log onto the site, you won't be logged off the site.

I have been logged off many times and what you can do is preview the post time and again while writing, if you are writing for a while. That should keep you from being logged off.

When you sign in there is a box to check so you will stay connected. The last time I had to log in was a good year ago when I cleared cache and cookies.
