Newbies in Alberta

Hi everyone! We are Steve and Cori and are new Escape owners and have enjoyed learning so much through the posts on this forum which helped us in choosing options as well as great ideas for mods, which we are still in the process of doing. We picked up our 21C in November and drove home to Alberta in a terrible storm! But thankfully we made it safely! Cori’s favourite Color is purple so she choose purple decals and have affectionately dubbed her “The Grape Escape”! We just wanted to introduce ourselves and say hi! We look forward to getting to know some of you at the 2023 rally in Osoyoos!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your choice of the best Escape model. For years when I owned a 19 I discounted the "arguments" about which model had a "better" layout. But I have to say, there's nothing quite so nice as backing into a lakefront site and having a panoramic view out from the dinette.

The rally is very popular and space is limited. We had some uncertainty about our ability to attend this year and were lucky to get a spot. So book your spot as early as you're comfortable with.
