We are the original owners and are offering both fully equiped, ready to camp, just add food and clothing. After many years we have decided to give up camping.

Excellent functional condition, good cosmetic condition.
Issues:
Formica cracked by stove and sink
Bellyband cut in 2 places (to relieve heat expansion) and resecured
Stored outside in metro Phoenix, AZ for almost 10 years
Replaced - upgraded items:
Dometic/Orangewood RV replaced the fridge with a Dometic RMD8555, we added additional insulation, an interior fan, an exterior fan, and baffle enhancements
Seat cushions 2" thicker than standard (also have original cushions)
Installed ETI kit to replace bath small square vent with power vent fan (like Casita)
Husky Brute 4,500 lb electric tongue jack
Converter replaced with Xantax TrueCharge2
Solar controller replaced with Blue Sky 3000i
