I've physically been inside a 21C and know what they're about. Does inverter power 110V outlets inside trailer? Do tanks have heat strips? I believe the windows I'm seeing in pics are framed, are they? Do you possess a build sheet from previous owner? If you do, could you please send it to me via email? Is fridge 3 way? That is DC, 110V and propane. Are all systems good to go? Thanks for any info you can give me.

I helped the original owners do their build sheet and know their history...unfortunately they did not get to use it very much. The second owners live nearby and all I can say is that this is a Cherry First Gen Escape 21.
